Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information RevolicAI collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It covers shop owners who buy a plan, our team, and customers who tap a RevolicAI tag.

1. Information we collect

From shop owners

Your name, mobile number and (optionally) email address.
Your business name, category, review language and Google review link.
The plan you choose, its dates, and when you agreed to our terms.
Payment status, amount and payment reference numbers. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree Payments and never reach us.

From customers who tap a tag or scan a QR code

We never ask for a customer's name, phone number or email, and there is no sign-in.
The answers they tap, the review drafts they are shown, and which one they choose.
Their browser type, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of their IP address, used only to filter out automated traffic. Neither is used to identify a person.
Nothing is stored on the customer's phone: no cookies and no local storage.

From our team

Name, email, phone number and sign-in details, and the shops and leads they add.

2. How we use it

To set up and run your shop, and to show you your dashboard.
To write review drafts for your customers.
To take payments, issue refunds and keep the records tax law requires.
To contact you about your shop, your plan and renewals.
To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

3. Who we share it with

Cashfree Payments, to process payments and refunds.
Google (Gemini AI), which receives your shop's name, category and the short phrases behind the answers a customer tapped, to write review drafts. No customer personal information is sent.
Our hosting and database providers, who store the service's data for us.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies

Our team's admin portal uses one cookie to keep a team member signed in, and the shop owner portal uses one cookie to keep a shop owner signed in. Customers tapping a tag, and visitors to these public pages, are not given cookies by us.

5. How long we keep it

Shop details are kept while your shop is active, and deleted when the shop is deleted.
Customer tap and review-draft records belong to a shop and are deleted with it.
Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records the law requires us to keep). You can also withdraw your consent to being contacted. Write to info@revolicai.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections, access to the admin portal requires sign-in, and team members can see only the shops they are responsible for.

8. Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children.

9. Changes

We will publish any change to this policy here, with a new effective date.
